Corona virus test on entry into the Federal Republic of Germany by the French department of Moselle

Due to the increased number of registered cases of covid-19, including the spread of the so-called. 
"South African" and "Brazilian" versions of the virus in the Moselle department in France, the German authorities have 
identified the department with the highest risk of travel. As of 00.00 on 2 March 2021, for crossing the Franco-German 
border in the direction of the French department of Moselle and entering the FR of Germany, it is necessary to present:
- Certificate of negative result from PCR test or antigen test performed within 48 hours before the trip;
- completed electronic declaration for entry into the Federal Republic of Germany.
The measure applies to anyone wishing to enter the Federal Republic of Germany from the French department of the 
Moselle, including border workers who cross the Franco-German border on a daily basis. According to information 
from the Moselle prefecture, no exceptions to these two conditions are foreseen.
The services of public and private public transport companies in the border area, including bus and tram transport 
between the Saar and the Moselle, are suspended.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends to the Bulgarian citizens on the territory of France to observe the 
introduced prescriptions.
