With effect from 23 March 2022, all restrictions (negative test, evidence of vaccination or forewing) upon entry into the Kingdom of the Netherlands in connection with Covid-19 and related quarantine measures after arrival in the country fall for citizens arriving from the Republic of Bulgaria, another Member State of the European Union or the Schengen area.
