In connection with the improvement of the epidemiological situation in Bulgaria as from 4 June 2021 for all passengers, including EU citizens (including Bulgarian and Dutch citizens) and citizens of the Schengen area residing in Bulgaria, the requirement for the Pre-testing for COVID-19 before departure to the Netherlands, and the requirement for 10-day quarantine after arrival in the Netherlands.
