In connection with the current measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the UK, all persons entering
or passing through the United Kingdom by air or land are required to take 2 tests for Covid-19 -
on the second and eighth day
of quarantine.
We also remind you that all passengers arriving in the United Kingdom are required to provide details of their trip by
filling out the Passenger Locator Form (available on the following website
- https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details -before-travel-uk). In addition, they must provide evidence of a
negative Covid-19 test performed up to 72 hours (3 days) before their departure.
The test must meet the standards for ≥ 97%, specificity, ≥ 80% susceptibility to viral loads above
100,000 copies / ml.
This may include tests such as:
nucleic acid test, including polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test or derivative technologies, including isothermal
amplification tests (LAMP)
• antigen test.
Exceptions are provided for where the pre-trip test to the United Kingdom is optional

The rule of mandatory 10-day quarantine also applies to all arrivals in the United Kingdom. Exceptions to this rule are
provided for travelers from the Common Passenger Area and for certain categories of persons -
