National quarantine in England

06.01.2021
In an address to the nation on January 4, 2021, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson announced that from January 6, 2021 a new national quarantine would be introduced on the territory of England. As a result, new anti-epidemic measures will be implemented, which further restrict the freedom of movement in space, as well as the activities of a number of businesses and institutions.
Residents and residents of the territory of England are encouraged to stay at home as long as possible,
and going out is allowed only in exceptional cases and if there is a "good reason".
Among the exceptions are the following hypotheses:
- Shopping
- Work
- Exercises in the same area
- Meetings about childcare
- Seeking medical help
- Visit to an educational institution or kindergarten
Upon finding non-compliance with the rules for leaving home, the police may impose fines of a fixed
amount of 200 British pounds for the first violation, and in subsequent such the amount of administrative sanctions
may reach 6400 pcs. pounds.
When organizing or participating in the organization of an illegal gathering of more than 30 people,
the police may impose a fine of up to 10,000 pounds.

For travel within the United Kingdom, as for international travel, the same rules apply, ie.
These trips can only take place if the persons have a "good reason" to leave their home.
In addition, travelers should be aware of the restrictive measures that other countries have imposed on arrivals
from the United Kingdom.
Foreign nationals (including Bulgarian nationals) are also subject to the above rules,
which means that they must also comply with the requirements of the British authorities.
You should not travel abroad unless allowed.
