In relation to the step-by-step plan of restrictive measures to combat COVID-19 disease, when traveling to / during the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as from 1 June 2021, the test requirements and self-cripplinations are changed from high-risk countries (with " Orange "code, incl. and from Bulgaria or with" red "code) as follows:
- when entering the Netherlands with all modes of transport (air, sea, rail, organized land and personal road transport, incl. And when using motorcycles) from high-risk countries (with "orange" code (Bulgaria) or "red" code), A requirement to present a negative result of the NAAT (PCR) test for COVID-19 made up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival in the Netherlands. The requirement to present a test prior to entry into the Netherlands also applies to coronavirus citizens;
- when entering the Netherlands from high risk in view of the dissemination of specific options of COVID-19 countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, India, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, Republic of South Africa) There are two options:
1) Presentation of a negative result of the NAAT (PCR) test for COVID-19 made up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival in the Netherlands or
2) "dual testing": a negative result of the NAAT (PCR) test for COVID-19 made up to 72 hours before the planned arrival in the Netherlands and a negative result of a quick antigen test made within 24 hours before the planned board board for the Netherlands .
- The requirement to present a test (PCR or antigen test) does not apply to transit through the Netherlands airports as well as for some categories of passengers (full list can be found at: https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/coronavirus -COVID-19 / REIZEN-EN-VAKANTIE / VERPLICHTE-NEGATIEVE-COVID-19-TESTUITSLAGEN / UITZONDERINGEN);
- The requirement for 10-day self-rating after arrival in the Netherlands by some high-risk countries in view of Covid-19 (with "orange" code, including Bulgaria as well as "red code"), as The opportunity to terminate the quarantine on the 5th day after a new negative PCR test for coronavirus. For non-compliance with quarantine, including absence from the quarantine address and in the absence of response to the telephone contact number in the quarantine form, the imposition of fines of EUR 339 is envisaged;

-Complete and signed quarantine form should be shown on paper
